American Certification Board (ACB) is committed to making acboard.us accessible to learners with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable, and we continue to improve the platform over time.
Some interactive learning tools — including voice recording, live transcripts, and timed assessments — may present challenges for certain assistive technologies. We are working to improve captions, keyboard paths, and error messaging across the student dashboard and English placement exam.
If you need a reasonable accommodation to complete an ACB assessment or certification programme, contact us before your scheduled attempt. Include your account email, the certification or exam involved, and the accommodation requested. We will respond within 5 business days.
We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. Email info@acboard.us or use our contact form. Please describe the page, the issue encountered, and the browser or assistive technology you use.
See also our Privacy Policy and Exam Integrity Policy for how assessment data is handled.
